The Al Wathba Kids Running and Fitness Academy is MaxFit's flagship youth program, designed specifically to nurture physical fitness, athletic skills, and healthy lifestyle habits in children aged 5 to 16. Held at the iconic Al Masdar City area, the Academy provides a structured, safe, and enjoyable environment where children can develop as athletes and as individuals. Our youth coaches are trained in child-centered coaching methods and are passionate about making sport a positive and exciting experience for every child — regardless of their current ability.

Program 1: Title: Little Runners (Ages 5–8) Description: Fun, game-based movement and running activities designed to build coordination, confidence, and a love of being active. Focus is on enjoyment above all else.
Program 2: Title: Junior Athletes (Ages 9–12) Description: Structured running training introducing proper technique, endurance building, and basic fitness principles. Includes participation in community fun runs.
Program 3: Title: Youth Performance (Ages 13–16) Description: Advanced training for young athletes who want to compete and improve their performance. Covers speed work, race preparation, and fitness conditioning.
